Warming up is as important as the practice itself... I run (normally I run three half marathons every year) that's how I started with yoga because I have back problems so yoga allows me to run pain free. Every time I run I warm up at least 20 minutes before workout. This warm up help my muscles and prepare them for the running. Remember every time you are going to practice any sport warm up, you prevent injuries and strengthen your muscles. #yogagt @maroehr pic by @monodelespacio
