Kick ass Breakfast 💪🏻 Breakfast is the most important meal don't skip it !! I had a strawberry and pineapple smoothie topped with chia seeds and a big bowl of whole grain cereal 😆 the smoothie is not enough .. You get the same sugar rush from ‘healthy’, ‘whole grain’ breakfast cereals that you get from candy! #yogagt #yogagtcooking
